I've built my career in this industry.

I've spent my career in custom manufacturing—cabinetry, millwork, product development, and operations.

I've seen firsthand how much goes into building a business like this: the craftsmanship, the relationships, and the years of work behind it.

I've also seen how difficult it can be to step away from something you've built, especially when there isn't a clear successor.

That's what led me here—to find one business I can take responsibility for and build into its next chapter.

I'm looking for one business with:

A strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship

A team that takes pride in their work

Revenue typically between $1M and $20M

An owner considering transition—now or over time

Cabinetry, millwork, specialty wood products, or similar manufacturing
